She was born in 1985 in Athens. She graduated with honours from of the National School of Dance - KSOT (2007) and the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education of the Kapodistrian University of Athens (2012).

As a dancer she has collaborated with the groups Sinequanon, Dancers, Incorrect Movement, the Contemporary Dance Team of Charis Mantafounis Company, Zeta, Amphidromon Dance Theater, the Dance Group of Kostas Tsioukas, the HellenicDanceCompany as well as with Ermira Goro, Katerina Andriopoulou, Agni Papedeli-Rissetou and Iro Apostoleli Edgen Lame,Thelghia Petraki and others.

At the theater he has collaborated as a choreographer with the 3rdpersontheatergroup team at the shows "How much Earth Does Man Need" at the Municipal Theare of Piraeus and "The Song of Songs" at the Municipal Theatre of Kozani. She has also collaborated with Manolis Mavromatakis for the performance of "This Damn Life" at the Small Theater of Epidaurus within the framework of the Athens Festival and also with Antigone Neta in the performance "Antigone's Narration" at the Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation.

Since 2008 she teaches contemporary dance and improvisation to children and adults. She has worked with amateur and professional dance schools such as the Elena Vakalopoulou dance school, Aktina, the Dance Study Center I & R Dancan, the Baile de Barrio, the Aliki Kazouris School and Titi Antonopoulou dance school in Andros, the Dance School Motus etc. In September 2013, he was invited to present the Modern Dance lesson at the Ministry of Culture's introductory examinations. From 2014, on she participates as an animator in the Battery Dance Company's training program "Dancing to connect" in collaboration with the Onassis Foundation's School of Arts and Technology, which takes place in public schools of Athens and other Greek cities.
